#294 2010年大阪府マテリアルフローの推計/Estimating Material Flow in Osaka Prefecture: 2010

前回の投稿では、マテリアルフロー分析について解説するとともに、時系列で地域マテリアルフロー分析を行う意義について言及しました。本投稿からは、2015年以外の他年度における大阪府のマテリアルフローを推計し、物質循環の指標を算出することに取り掛かります。
本研究では主に物流センサスを用いてマテリアルフローを推計しています。物流センサスは5年おきに調査が行われています。そこで、
- 2000年
- 2005年
- 2010年
- 2015年
- 2020年
の20年間での時系列分析に取り組むことを計画しました。まずは、2010年の物流センサスを用いて、2010年における大阪府のマテリアルフロー作成するとともに、物質循環の指標を算出していきます。
以下が、2010年大阪府のマテリアルフローの推計結果になります。

物質循環の指標については、上述の過去20年での算出が全て終わった段階で一覧表にする形で公表することを予定しております。一覧表にすることで、過去20年間における大阪府の循環型社会の進捗度合いを評価することができます。

In my previous post, I explained the concept of Material Flow Analysis (MFA) and the significance of conducting regional MFA on a chronological scale. Starting from this post, I will begin estimating the material flow for Osaka Prefecture in years other than 2015 and calculating indicators for material cycles.
In this research, material flows are primarily estimated using the Net Freight Survey (Logistics Census). Since this survey is conducted every five years, I have planned a time-series analysis covering the 20-year period across the following years:
- 2000
- 2005
- 2010
- 2015
- 2020
To begin, I will use the 2010 Logistics Census to create the material flow for Osaka Prefecture for that year and calculate the corresponding material cycle indicators.
The following are the estimation results for the 2010 material flow of Osaka Prefecture.

Regarding the indicators for material cycles, I plan to publish them in a comprehensive table once the calculations for the entire 20-year period mentioned above are complete. By presenting them in a table, it will be possible to evaluate the progress toward a sound material-cycle society in Osaka Prefecture over the past two decades.
